Several WVUSC teams competed at the annual March Madness 7v7 Tournament in Fairmont, WV, the weekend of March 29-30, with two teams taking home championships.  The U12 Girls Shox Gold team went undefeated in capturing the U12 Girls Division championship.  Meanwhile, the U15 Girls Wildthings team won the U16 Division, defeating the WVUSC U16 Girls, in the final.  The U10 Girls Elite team completed the round-robin portion of the tournament with 2 wins and 1 loss, but missed the playoffs by a single point.  Competing in the U14 Girls Division were the U13 Girls Elite team, and the U13 Girls Fusion squad.  The Fusion were defeated in the quarter-finals, while the Elite lost in the championship game to the WV 1995 Girls ODP team.  Finally, the U10 Boys Vandalians and the U11 Girls Jaguars teams each finished as runners-up in their respective divisions.  An excellent showing by the WVUSC teams!
